Freshly painted, new flooring on the main level and new carpet on stairs and upper lever. Newer appliances. This unit has an attached one car garage. More parking if needed, is close by. There is an unfinished basement where your washer and dryer hookups are located. This unit does not come with a washer and dryer. We are across the street from a major grocery store with other retailers. Trails for walking and bike riding close by as well as Eastlake. The N line is close by to take into Union Station for some fun.We are pet friendly (two max, 45 lbs or less) Pet rent is not included into the rent and you must create or submit to Pet Screening.com. All pets must have up to date vaccinations.

Lease terms is twelve months. Tenants pays for water, electricity and gas. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping allowed in the unit. The unit sits against a small complex park where youngsters can play or play basketball. Pet rent is $30 per pet a month and must be up to date on vaccinations. This is in addition to your monthly rent. We also enforce City of Thornton leash laws.
This complex has an HOA and all persons must abide by the Bylaws and Covenants
Application is $20.00 cash per persons 18 years or older and given to the property manager. The background/ credit check is $30.00 that is paid online.

    "It’s quiet regardless of how many cars there are it’s peaceful, no loud music just crickets and birds. It’s as if the entire neighborhood is problay full of elderly hence why there are no loud noises not even at night. You may hear a car burn out if your outside from afar but that’s bout it. I see no other reason not to live here. I haven’t heard of any robins or killings in the area or gunshots, and no people using illegal drugs either."

Numerous Xmas lights all over the place, most notably, what my family has dubbed "The Box House", on Pecos St, just north of 100th. Numerous fireworks shows all over for New Year's. "
