Our 3 bed/2 bath home has been completely renovated from top to bottom, with dark bamboo floors, a cheery bright kitchen with beautiful touches, and upgraded all-new appliances. Our two full baths have bathtubs which are convenient for children, with all new tile and vanities. The stylish touches throughout the home like barn doors and the architectural beauty of the staircase, make it visually delicious place to stay.

We have furnished the home with comfort in mind with delightful fabrics like our velvet emerald green loveseat and large plush spaces to relax like our deep main floor couch or the convertible one upstairs which allows everyone to put their legs up and enjoy a movie on our 50" TV.

When you walk in, you are greeted by the spacious living room with stunning fireplace and floating staircase. The main floor has two side patios, with chairs and an umbrella for outdoor dining as well as mountain gazing. You also have the chefs kitchen with granite and all new cabinets, then the main floor bedroom with its own full bathroom. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed for two plus a desk (convenient for business travelers) and a dresser.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and another full bath. The bedroom to the right has a queen bed and also enjoys mountain views.

The bedroom to the left is primarily an office and TV room with a large pull-out sofa that sleeps two, approximately the size of a queen bed. Very comfy, especially with the memory foam topper! This room offers a motorized stand-up desk and a monitor that business travelers can plug into. All the bedrooms have top-down blackout honeycomb blinds.

Parking is plentiful in the complex. We have a pool open May-Sept. Wifi throughout. Washer/Dryer in the unit.

"I work in Berthod Colorado, which is a thirty minute commute. The views are stunning. So much of the great outdoors are preserved here. It’s truly magical. At the same time, there is a bus stop right next to my house that would be handy if I worked in town in Boulder. "
  • Nancypautsch
