1 small pet will be considered with deposit. Please - no aggressive breeds.

374 Brackin St can be accessed from Rt 90 East or Stillwell Rd. It is not far from the High School or Davidson Middle School.

If interested in this home, I require that you have a $4,500 income or greater. I can show the house in starting on 9/15. It will be available 9/16. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
