About this House

This is a ranch-style 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a one car garage. Kitchen comes complete with electric range, dishwasher and refrigerator. The ceiling in the living room is vaulted and the dining area has a bay window. The primary bedroom is large enough for a king sized bed and has a walk through closet. The primary bath has a garden tub.

1 small pet will be considered with deposit. Please - no aggressive breeds.

374 Brackin St can be accessed from Rt 90 East or Stillwell Rd. It is not far from the High School or Davidson Middle School.

If interested in this home, I require that you have a $4,500 income or greater. I can show the house in starting on 9/15. It will be available 9/16. It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is.
