About this House

Upscale home in the highly desirable gated neighborhood of Clover Creek Village. Located on a family friendly cul-de-sac with the best neighbors you can ask for. Home backs up to Clover Creek Preserve (walking trails) and has the best views on the east side. Enjoy sunsets, views of Shasta Bally, the fireworks on 4th of July and the nature preserve all from the comfort of your backyard.
The home was built in 2019. We added a gunite pool with water features, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, gas fire pit and built-ins -both upstairs and down. There is a safety pool gate that can put around the patio for littles. Low maintenance landscpaing, a small area of grass and a shed on the side for extra storage. This home has the master and a guest room downstairs with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (one of those being very large) and 1 bathroom upstairs. Laundry room (w&d not included). Also no boats or RV's are allowed in this neighborhood per the CC&R's. Unless the boat can fit in the garage. LVP flooring throughout the downstairs, with tile in the bathrooms and carpet in the bedrooms.
The home can be furnished, or partially funished or not at all. There is a queen murphy bed in the downstairs guest room that stays. We are currently packing but will make time to show it upon request. Move in date is flexible in March. Monthly rent is negotiable based on furnishings and landscaping. Close to 44 and Sun Oaks Country Club.

1 year lease. Renter pays utilities including: PG&E (gas), City of Redding (trash, electricity, water), Spectrum (internet).

    "Anywhere in Redding is approx 15 minutes. Car thefts are high. Theft in general is high. Beautiful city. We moved here in 1991 and the parks were safe for kids. Now, kids come upon syringes etc. making it unsafe. The homeless problem is horrible as they steal and are at every corner begging for money. I’m so looking forward to leave this city after retirement. Mount Shasta and SHASTA lake are nearby. Mt Lassen is also close by to the East. Beautiful areas for hiking. "

I drive to work and have to pass all the homeless in the community park by the library n next to police station lots of fight I can’t go to library. People passed out on sidewalks downtown redding.
