"The mall has a lot of traffic. Also the police officers do random speed traps of Harrison avenue. Houses are overpriced and parks are not well maintained. "

"Cherry Valley is safe with children playing outside all the time. There are several parks within 3 blocks of my home with one being Baumann Park with river access for kayaking or fishing. This is a vey family friendly area"

"We have frequent parades, festivals, and community events. Also the public works department keeps our community and grounds well maintained. There are three playgrounds within three blocks and Baumann Park is beautiful. This town has everything we could ever need."
