Here's What You Should Know About Us and How We Operate:
-Easy viewing process. All units are remodeled and on lockbox, but we start with a quick phone call to make sure we're a mutual fit before scheduling a tour.
-No computer? No problem. Pay rent at a local convenience store, over the phone, or through other flexible options.
-We look at the whole picture. Past evictions, credit issues, or criminal records won't automatically disqualify you. We focus on who you are today.
-Pets are welcome. We charge a one-time pet cleaning fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds, and we are strict about cleaning up after your pet. If that's an issue, this isn't the right place.
-No application fees. Why? Because for most people with housing barriers, they are simply a "money grab" by the apartment complex. If we decide to rent to you, you'll pay for the $35 credit/background check once you are approved and moving in.
-Monthly bug spray included. No extra chargejust a cleaner home for everyone.

-On-site storage available. If we don't have space now, we may be able to build it for you.
-Washer/dryer options. Bring your own, rent ours for $60/month (both included), or use our on-site laundry facilities.
-Transparent pricing. Base rent plus a small admin and water/trash feejust like most Phoenix communities.
-We do evict. We're building a peaceful, respectful community. If you break the written rules, you won't be allowed to stay.
Thank you and I look forward to meeting you!
