"They would like the fact that there are others dogs within the community, majority owned. They won’t like that there are numerous stray cats if they have a dog that loves to chase randomly. Especially if they have a dog who’s capable of jumping fences. "

"I lived in this neighborhood for 4 years and hated it. It is not safe nor is it the most friendly. Way to many break-ins, shoot outs. Not the type of neighborhood I would want my children to grow up in it’s not very safe."

"We do trick or treat here in Halloween. Few neighbors have gatherings. Children walk home from Kirby High and Hickory Hill Middle. Sadly so, gunshots fire, so get inside at night. Overall, it tends to be quiet."

"Nothing. The neighbors aren't friendly especially if you are renting. Not very family oriented either, seem to be more concerned about minor car repair than gun shots and car break instead."
