Students really have to study and do homework. That’s what parents like but kids not so much. My two kids graduated from it and got accepted to all colleges they applied. "The area is usually very quiet and safe. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores conveniently along Ventura Blvd too. The homeless population has risen over the past year but it’s still lower than most parts of LA. "

"There are tons of dogs and people who walk them, but we are in the hills and the streets are steep. It is great exercise for me and my dogs. People are very respectful about picking up after their dogs. There is a great off leash park a few miles away and also great hiking trails up on Mulholland"

"Hayvenhurst is infested with people who think it’s a shortcut from 101S to 405S every morning. If you’re going to live here, find work in the valley to avoid the stress of traffic every morning "

"Encino is a very dog-friendly neighborhood. I see people walking their dogs all the time, plus a lot of restaurants are dog friendly as well. The city, as well as neighboring cities, have dog parks available to the community. It’s a great place to have a dog!"
