Large tub in guest bath. Plum tree bears extraordinarily sweet plums. Not a through street so traffic is minimal. Wonderful neighbors.

Tenant pays pool service company for opening/closing each season (season generally runs from May 1 through mid-September). Tenant pays for pool chemicals and maintains pool or hires pool service to do weekly maintenance. Spa runs year-round, maintained by tenant or pool service company may be hired by tenant. Tenant agrees to check prices on chemicals and pool service prior to signing lease.

Tenant provides equipment and maintains yards weekly during growing season, including mowing and general landscaping, keeping growth trimmed back as needed. Or tenant may employ a landscaping service.

Tenants who break their lease remain responsible for the FULL lease amount, payable on or before vacating the unit.

Additional tenants not signed onto the original lease must meet landlord requirements, apply online and be approved by landlord PRIOR to occupancy and may be denied if not fully qualified.

Rent must be paid using VENMO. Payment must be made two or three days in advance so that it is deposited into landlord's account ON or BEFORE the first of the month.
