5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWashington Elementary Magnet School is the same as Washington Elementary school. This would be very confusing. They have two different address and phone numbers and two different websites. The school lost its Magnet and still use the name Magnet. Why is that? The Magnet website is www.palmbeach.k12.fl.us To me it shows they really don't care. My oldest son let me see a utube music video of the area. "I just love the way this area is set up. Family friendly and single friendly. Love the ocean view. Love that the beach is not over crowded. The water is magnificent. The higher floors have the best view of the colors of the ocean. You can even see some of the sea life if you have a set of binoculars."

"Don't see much dogs being walked maybe 5 dogs tops but in my general area around my street an in the local area but not too much at all an havent seen any dog or cat droppings anywhere only once in a blue moon but not recently but I dont get out much mostly toward the sunset evening"

"Not kid friendly in this area. Mostly retired older couples. Would suggest looking for a home in another area. This area is a nice place to come for a vacation, but again if you are looking for a condo to buy this is not the ideal place for families with children. "

"It is unique in the fact that they are shootings almost daily in that city. I do know that the city is rebuilding and starting to gentrify certain areas. They do have Suncoast High school which is a highly regarded in the college community. "

"I guess if we have functions like block parties or barbecues in our community somewhere was accessible and free food and drinks where people will actually come out and enjoy themselves without getting shot or worry about someone shooting and killing in the area but this particular area off of s Avenue isn't the best high crime rate in and everything else so I wouldn't necessarily say I would like to have a barbecue in this area just a thought since you want to know so much about the community I am done here thank you so much for listening "
