"There are many places with sidewalks to comfortably walk your dog; as well as a park nearby. Something dog owners may not like is the amount of dogs tied up out front, which of course can cause confrontation between the two dogs. "

"neighborhood is getting bad... drive by shootings, drug deals, you name it Cheviot used to be a blue-collar neighborhood most of the local businesses are gone now the only one that remains really is the local hardware store it's terrible"

"We used to live in this area and I miss it to this day - affordable, great old homes just a few blocks from restaurants, banks, the library and more. And just a couple of miles from shopping of all kinds, and on the bus line - I worked at UC and the bus service to and from home was excellent."
