The back porch is screened in. Home has a fenced back yard. A complete remodel was performed in 2016 into 2017 except for game room, with master bath and main bath both completely tiled from floor to ceiling. Kitchen cabinets replaced, countertops, and appliances all new with tile in kitchen and laundry room. Hardwood installed in all bedrooms, family room, living room, and dining room. Fireplace tiled, all new paint and trim installed. Some new crown molding installed. Summer 2019 Roof replaced with Architectural 30 year shingles. In September 2020 new heatpump and Air handler/heater installed.
