The living room has a wood pellet fireplace insert that keeps the space extra warm in the cold of winter. The bathrooms are both updated and have fresh paint on the walls in those rooms, the bedrooms, the living room and dining room. Laundry in the basement utility room is included and will be shared with the basement tenant (separate entrances and locked off spaces ensure your space is private). The neighborhood is great and the neighbors are awesome as well. The yard has a sprinkler system and lots of tree cover and shaded area. You will love the developed area, proximity to parks, the Cheyenne Greenway trail system and downtown and Dell Range amenities.
