  • Trulia User
"I see many people walking dogs. The traffic and crime in the area is not ideal, however there are many small parks and trails too walk your dog"
  • Trulia User
"I like movies in the park. The community events are always very family oriented and geared towards outreach providing people with many valuable andhelpful resources. "
  • Trulia User
"There is a city park for at least every 1.5 square miles and it is surrounded by places to explore and enjoy nature. Such as Powell Butte, Springwater Corridor, Foster Wetlands, Kelly Butte, Johnson Creek and much more. It's a great neighborhood for dogs. Public Transportation is really good."
  • Mercedes7430
"House lots are big and dog owners would like the backyard space for their dogs. walking around is quiet, no loose dogs. There are no sidewalks, and that makes safe walking in the street difficult in some areas, ours is a dead end and that’s somewhat better, but sidewalk would be nice, and some side street have them and some don’t."
  • Haoua D.
"i hate dog owners they are ruining the neighborhood by not picking up after their dogs. it is disgusting and really only takes two seconds "
  • Debra L. .
"Sad drugs& Alcohol people stealing things from your yard people going through your cars lotta homeless stuff going on"
  • Debra L. .

"be careful lots of nosey Neighbors and will Report to dhs if they get to bored with their life styles & they'll brake into ur cars & steal anything from ur backyard even kids toys"
  • Jeronimo M.
"Not safe and lots and lots of druggies! keep ur locked up and doors locked. don't let kids walk alone anywhere"
  • Aislinnogles33
"Dogs are usually on leashes and are pretty active in the neighborhood. People will walk them around but are not so friendly with others meaning they don’t socialize with dogs walking opposite ways. "
  • Sustaita
"The public transit system is excellent, once every 7 or 15 minutes thru most of the day. Sidewalk repaved, great biking"
  • Euphemia G.
"My neighborhood is saved. we don't have people breaking into cars except someone being stealing our mail out of the mailboxes "
  • Dawn A.
"Not too many trick or treaters. The streets and sidewalks could be lit better and it would be safer."
  • Jennwimmer
"Powell gets busy and hard to cross. Heading East is easy, heading west gets congested quick. 61st is a good alternative route north."
  • Shannon R
