It has a separate laundry room with new washer and dryer. The lower story is divided into two very large rooms and has a full bathroom. The house has central air/heat.
The house has been no barking dogs and no inside smoking. we could consider a quiet pet but any consistent or frequent barking would lead to lease termination.
It is very quiet. I am looking for a tenant that will keep it that way.
This is a single family rental per subdivision covenants. Your being a quiet tenant is important. We live 400 ft. away. We don't want to bother you and we don't want you to bother us. The houses generally cannot see each other, but for example, barking dogs or drum practice would not be what we are looking for. We own virtually all of the surrounding land and it is like living in a park. virtually no traffic. Look it up.

No indoor smoking. Has been a no smoking house.

Additional Information:
- Before leasing, we need to meet, and you need to have read the proposed lease. I will be posting the lease, or making it available.
Tenants will be required to provide proof of U.S. citizenship or legal U.S. residency, to our satisfaction.

2 month lease, then month to month. first/last/deposit at lease execution. We are not willing to enter into a long term lease until we learn if you are suitable tenants. "The Paine Lake neighborhood is NOT kid friendly. Not only was my child the only kid in the entire neighborhood, the HOA is often making new rules to discourage younger families, like banning basketball goals in driveways simply for appearances. They also DO NOT allow anyone to display decorations or even a flag- they made a war veteran take down his American flag on the Fourth of July!!!"
  • Cheyenne A.
"Houses seem to have decent size yards for dogs, however dog owners would not like how terribly the neighborhood floods after raining. "
  • Darlene B.
"lived here 8 years LOVE THE area and the FRIENDS we have made it is a safe place for the FAMILY there is a RIVER to fish DOWN the road and GREAT places to walk "
