In exchange, you will get to live in this 2,900 sq ft executive home (which would easily normally rent for $2,700 a month) for only $2,000 a month, plus utilities. The security deposit is also $2,000. The contract will be month-to-month, but as I mentioned, is likely to be a long-term rental. If the house does sell, you will be given 45 days from the date the offer is accepted.
