    "dirty, violence, prostitution, gang violence, robberies, harassment by owner and neighbors, drugs sold everywhere, not safe for children especially young girls and women of all ages, rapes, beatings, mentally unstable people, homeless people everywhere, and drug addicts that will beg for money and/or try to rob you. also the children of the neighborhood are out at all hours of the night screaming and yelling. then there is also jons picking up the prostitutes and bring them down this street to get serviced sometimes in plain view of people with their kids passing by. I wouldn't recommend this area for anybody. the landlords only care about rent and if you need anything done they treat you with disrespect and do not make any repairs whatsoever."
