Laundry: We have a new modern Laundry Mat just across the alleyway, so we don't try to compete with them.

The Tenant pays No Utilities which eliminates Bill Paying Headache.
Ownership pays Trash, Landscaping Service except the units with backyards, but we ask all to respect rules on separation of trash, and not cluttering up the complex with too much.

The application processing fee is $40 per adult, all adults must apply. Our website provided, allows online applications, but we can take cash or Certified in person.

We have a maximum occupancy of 3 people (1-Bedroom).

We are looking for Prospects willing and ready to Move-In. Upon an approved application, we will only hold a unit for a pending rental 15 Days prior to Commencement, on condition a full deposit is tendered.

We recommend Online application, but can work with Paper Applications with special arrangements
Property Type- This is in the Heart of the residential neighborhood and not too far to the Ocean front (10 shorter blocks to Alamitos and Junipero Beach.

PETS/Other Categories of Animals- This Property does accept "Pet" Cats, and "Pet" Dogs (Indoor Only 28lb maximum and no dangerous breeds or mixes). If you have one of the units with the small yards, we have to have access to any shared electrical. Keep a Pet in such, would have to be evaluated. We also will consider any Pet sold within the State kept in Cages, Tanks/Aquariums, and if less than 5 gallons in size, no Deposit is charged. If the Cage, Tank, Aquarium is larger, then we will need to know more specifics to determine if we will accept, and as to Pet Deposit, if accepted. We will require a photograph of the Pet. Companion and Service Animals are not considered to be Pets, we will need a valid signed Licensed Medical Practioners letter or Signed Training Certificate on Service Animals.

We do require payment of Mandatory Renter's Insurance and use a Service, called Get Covered for an added $15 monthly for just liability coverage of the Unit only or you can provide Proof of a Policy, but it has to cover $100,000 liability and name the Property and Management Company as interested parties, or you are charged the $15.

We do adhere to California Law related to Rent Payment History for the Rent payment reporting to your credit at $14.95 monthly, or you can choose to opt out.

Please do not contact our Corporate office, as this rental is being handled and all activity at the property site location by the On-Site Managers.
