The building features an elevator, respectable fitness room with stationary bicycle, elliptical and treadmill machines and a laundry room. Bicycle parking also on-site. Located 50ft from the Classon G train stop.

Up to two cats or one dog allowed per apartment. Maximum of two animals per apartment and no animal may exceed 30lbs in weight.
