About this House

Beautiful spacious home with 1.14 acres!
Detached garage and detached shed the size of a 1 car garage! Very very nice neighborhood and extremely nice people!
Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood too!
The house is extremely spacious, on top of the bedrooms and office there’s a walk in closet in the upstairs hallway that is so big it could be modified as a small playroom or an extra office/den!
Energy efficient windows to save on the energy bill, as well as keeping the frigid cold out!
When the house was recently purchased by us there were a lot of updates done so I’m happy to say there are so many great recent updates made!
The roof was redone in 2008, electrical was updated and replaced in 2016...(New electrical box) the wiring is up to date so we were informed by the electrical company it was practically brand new, we also got a second opinion.
Both detached garages were freshly painted in 2016
All in all the house has been extremely taken well care off and little improvements have and will continue to be made to increase the homes value!

Not actively looking to sell.... but if the right offer is presented we would.

"I lived and worked in the area for 8 years and loved every minute of it. Great community, wonderful theatre (Capitol Civic Center), great symphony and wind ensamble, music almost every week at Washington park, great kite festival, ethinic festival, car show, harvest festival in Two Rivers and much more. There is a great 7 mile bike trail from Two Rivers to Manitowoc that goes all along lake michigan, looks and feels like living by the ocean, great farmers market with many vendors, so much fun in the summer. I miss this town. Anyone moving here will not be disappointed. Small town living with so much to offer. I was truely sad when we moved away."
