Located tree-lined residential street near schools, parks, train station, many restaurants and new movie theater. CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION APPROVAL 1.) An application must be completed and signed by each person over 18. 2.) We will run a credit check on each person over 18 years. If applicant does not have a credit history then management may require a co-signer with a good credit history and sufficient income. 3.) To qualify, gross income should be a minimum of 3 times the rent. 4.) We will check financial obligations and history, including timely payment of rent, outstanding judgments and late payment of bills. 5.) The apartment must have enough bedroom space to accommodate the applicant's household, according to all applicable codes. 6.) Management has the right to deny any applicant or occupant based on criminal history.
All electrical unit. Electricity will be in tenants name. Water/sewer charge of $15 a month; garbage is included in rent. Laundry room is on the same floor. One dog under 25 lbs allowed, or two cats at a $35 per pet fee. Security deposit, pro-rated rent & 1st month rent due upon lease signing. Must sign lease within 48 hours of approval.
