"Long commute but construction is active nice neighbors but lots of transients speeders and can get noisy. Good to rent maybe not buy"
  • Yolanda C.
"There are a lots of pedophiles register in this area and the school test scores are really low and there's a problem with homeless and gangs around thank God I'm moving soon"
  • Danny.bennett1328
"Why, gun shots, gangs, what more could you ask for. I’d be worried more if I didn’t live in s gated community "
  • Brandi K.
"murders and assaults in the apartment complex across the street. noise from planes flying over to the airport a few miles away. sirens from ambulances on their way to the hospital down the street. "
  • Veatriz
"I've lived here for a year and a half. The rent is real cheap in this area and the neighbors mind their own. crime rate high in this area but I've had 0 problems. "
  • Sumnerfelicity526
"The people in this community are usually very friendly. You will see many smiles while walking down the street. More often than not the people here would try their best to help someone in need "
  • S G.
"If you are retired and want involvement there are lots of groups/events to join as well as lots of opportunity to volunteer and/or create your own events/groups etc. There is a monthly newsletter free to all residents, 2 club houses with large gathering rooms/kitchen, pool, jacuzzi, library, etc. If you want to retire and be active this is the best place in town as far as living cheaply (re: not having to pay for expensive houses etc., or having to live in some small apt.). Also if you are social and get to know your neighbors, people will look out for each other here and want to be friendly with their neighbors. That is very rare these days."
  • Danny b.
"The gang activity lol, you never know when they will fire. But over all is quiet most nights, but every area has its positive and negative characteristics."
