"I’ve lived in the neighborhood for four years in November and like it. I don’t love it because it’s deed restricted in here and you can’t have a pool nor can you have a swing set for your children and it’s sad kids can’t go outside in the back yard and have fun anymore. But there are nice people that live in here. "
