"No sidewalks for people or dogs. Drivers speed and don’t lookout for people or animals. Would be nice to have a few sidewalks in the area to feel safe. Had a small gator run over in front of our house. What a shame. Just another reckless driver going to fast."

"It is a safe and comfortable area. It would be nice to have more sidewalks but the new Broadmoor Park and community building and grounds are wonderful. Many groups use the center, fun things to do and people to meet. "
