In the fully finished walkout basement is a cozy rustic living room with a fireplace, open beams, and an optional bar area, and sliding glass doors lead out to a large patio.
The house is 1368 sq. ft. plus a fully finished walkout basement. The house has vinyl siding and shingle roof, and a partially fenced backyard and a pond. It is very convenient to the school, park, and grocery store, etc. also easily accessible to main routes, US 30 and 71.
Negatives:
The landscaping in the back yard can be a little much if you don't have a green thumb (which we don't) and the downstairs shower will need replaced. The garage door on the detached garage out back will need either the window on the door replaced or a new door. We feel this is a good trade off for the new carpet we're still paying on in the upstairs of the home.
