      "Lived here for over 40 years and have seen an incredible downturn in the quality of life. Population has boomed with taxes going up dramatically. Higher taxes with no increased services. We still have no garbage pickup, sewers, or even a street light. Schools are getting worse and much more renters, which means no investment in community."

There is shopping close by and Toms River is only 15 minutes away for major stores. If you are looking for peace and quiet at a low cost, this is the place for you!
