Furnished upstairs bedroom. Shared bathroom with 1 female. NO overnight guests. NO drugs/420. NO drama. We're a clean, chill household.
We have a smallish hypo-allergenic non-shedding dog who is pretty quiet and a cat.
Lease term is month to month. Open to 6 month or 1 year lease if preferred.
We are non-smokers and prefer a non-smoker. Owner vapes in the home. Non-THC vape okay in home.
You will park to far right of driveway or at the curb. First come first serve.
Your maintenance responsibilities are to not damage the room or home and to clean up after yourself (dishes, trash, food, laundry).

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have had great experiences at Corona High School. We happen to live very close and our kids could walk to school. The programs offered at Corona High provide so many opportunities for students. Two of my kids already graduated from Corona Highs STEM academy-Engineering program. Mr. Lee, Mr. Johnson and AP Mrs. Rodriguez, any many more, make a phenomenal dynamic team! My oldest Benny, participated and loved being part of the music program and marching in the Redcoat Regiment! My daughter Brie, played soccer and loved it! My youngest Brayden will be a freshman at Corona High this fall. He is excited for the Aviation Program! Mr. Johnson is the Aviation teacher and he is top notch! He has a heart of gold and a passion for the program. He is an Air Force Veteran and recently was awarded the Aerospace Education Teacher of the Year. The administration team is sincere and proactive! The school has amazing team spirit, from the #1 baseball team in the nation and champion girls wrestling team just to name two. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCesar Chavez Academy is such an amazing school. You can tell the teachers love their jobs . My daughter has always struggled with school and for her 5th grade year I transferred her to Cesar Chavez and both teachers, 5th grade Mrs. Gallagher and 6th grade Mrs. Squires are awesome. Especially Mrs. Squires. She helped my daughter bring up her state testing scores from 1st grade level to a 6th grade level and that's just incredible. You can just tell she loves her students. Mrs. Squires takes the time to work with her students, in learning what works best for them and helping them understand the subjects that they are working on in class, helps you focus with techniques that work for you. I can go on forever about Mrs. Squires. She is just absolutely amazing. She helped my daughter love school and love herself as well. We need more teachers like her that's for sure.
