Room Description

Looking for a roommate to share with 2 current tenants. You will be renting 1 bedroom for rent/lease in a 7 year old 1650 sq ft home. Rent includes individual upstairs spacious bedroom with new carpet, and adjacent bathroom, as well as sharing remainder of the home with two current roommates.

Backyard has a small putting green. There is a pool and bbq area within a 2 min walk within the development. Home is furnished, including indoor laundry. All you will need is your personal bed and room furniture.

Must have a good credit record, and clean background check. Room is available now.

There are currently two tenants, both in their mid 20's. Ideal tenant would be a student or professional looking for a quiet residence. No pets.

6 month or 1 year lease available. Monthly fees can be extended beyond 1 year after a minimum of 6 months if all tenants agree and getting along with one another. There is a $200 monthly fee to cover all utilities including water, trash, electric, gas and internet fees bringing total fee to $1050.

Tenant is responsible for the cleanliness of their bedroom and bathroom. Keeping remainder of the property clean is responsibility of all tenants.

There is no smoking/vaping or excessive drinking on the property. Off street parking is typically available close to house.

Most people seem to be very dog friendly and it’s nice when you’re out for a walk with your fur baby, that you will almost always meet someone who wants to say hello or has a dog that you want to say hello to and they will let you. This seems to be a dog friendly area. Only one neighbor whose dog is either crying or howling in terrible hours of the night at times and that is annoying for sure!"

It’s in the heart of Fresno you can go up the mountain or down the 99. Shopping is very close by and delicious dining as well as fast food if that’s your preference. Easy access to freeways and entertainment is very family friendly during farmer markets in Old Town Clovis. Lots of local shopping and antique stores."

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
