Description

Located in Boardman is this 2 Bedroom/1 Bath 1st first floor apartment. The kitchen is provided with a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher that the tenant is to maintain. There is a wall A/C Unit, coin laundry in the building and the tenant has a parking spot in the carport. Monthly rent is $900.00 plus the tenant pays the electric. Water/sewer services, gas, landscaping and snow removal are all included with the monthly rent. Full security deposit of $900.00 and first month rent is due before an approved tenant can move in. No smoking, no pets and no Section 8.

 There is a non-refundable $50.00 fee per person 18 years of age and over for a soft credit and background check. Approved applicants will have the $50.00 credited towards their first month rent payment when they sign a lease. Your monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent of property you are applying for, or application can be denied. If you have a felony or eviction on your record that can deny the application. Documents required with application are ID's and 2 months' worth of paystubs for each applicant. Our leasing agent will call you within approximately 1-2 business days to review your application.
