charming studio in a great location in downtown Chico. Studio/1 bath apt private unit in a building of 4 apartments. full kitchen with gas stove, ground floor with washer/dryer in building.
I have enjoyed living here for 13 months and just got engaged and am moving out. in order to get out of my lease I am responsible for finding a new tenant/ posting and showing the unit. all applications will then go directly through the property management company (AAA properties)
