Rent to be reduced by $250/month if renter cares for resident cat - indoor/outdoor with next to no need for ever cleaning a litter box if he's allowed out. I supply all the food and necessities. He just had a vet check up and his vet comes to my home but should not be needed. Last year's renters called him their therapy animal and fell in love with him. He's special.
