Holding Fee: $150.00 to hold the apartment, due immediately after application approval to hold the apartment. The fee is applied to the security deposit amount due, non-refundable.

Required monthly fees:
Resident liability insurance - $14.50, resident can supply their own insurance that meets the property requirement to have the charge removed.
Pest Control Fee - $2.00, required
Cable/Internet Fee - $85.00, required
Utility reimbursement fee includes water, sewer, and trash - $130.00 required

Optional Fees:
One-Time Pet Fee Non-Refundable - $300.00 (not per pet)
Monthly Pet Fee - $30.00 per pet (2 pets allowed)

    "I lived in Maryvale when I was a child until I was 10 years old. Do you know what makes this neighborhood new unique is that there is a plethora of ethnicity. There is a multitude of restaurants to choose from and there is always small little shops that you have never been to before the visit. There are plenty of convenience stores, easy access to the interstate in gas stations. There is a large mall not far away."
