    "I live in the neighborhood, it's pet friendly, and clean. People take care of their property and take pride in the community. Great for families and couples. Great elementary, middle and high schools. Traffic is average close to PIB, Buford highway, Sugarloaf Parkway and I85. There are a several food options available such as Chinese, Greek, Italian, Indian and American Pub). During the Summer months Duluth offers "Food Truck Fridays" in downtown Duluth which is less than 5 minutes away. Public golf courses are nearby (The Hooch, Sugar Hill and River Pines) as well a few parks. "
