You can't beat the location, 45 minutes to OIA, 45 mins to Ocala, a little over an hour to either coast, 30 minutes to Deland or Sanford. 8 hrs to Key West or North to the mountains. Publix? Take your pick, closest is 4.2 miles away and two more within 5 miles. You can live a rural life here and still get pizza or publix groceries delivered. We are minutes to the 414 and the 429 , minutes to downtown Mt.Dora, Eustis, Tavares. The property is in very good company, most of the homes built around us over the years are in the upper $500k to $1M. So what are you waiting for? We have loved building and living in this house and raising a family and its time to downsize. You can raise your family here or Chill and Grill till your heart is content.     "Where I live, the traffic is bad, the landlord is unbelievable and neighbors really don’t communicate. Then the 24-7 sound of police cars racing down the street and occasional gunfire at nite. Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
