Dishwasher replaced 2020, Stove 2017,New flooring, new house paint, new pool deck paint, sun deck and wood deck stain and water sealed. New wooden fence and wire fence, property is completely fenced in. House has thermal pane windows. Two large live oaks, plenty of shade and room to roam. Rural area, quiet and safe. The home sets back appox. 100 ft from the road. You can't beat the location, 45 minutes to OIA, 45 mins to Ocala, a little over an hour to either coast, 30 minutes to Deland or Sanford. 8 hrs to Key West or North to the mountains. Publix? Take your pick, closest is 4.2 miles away and two more within 5 miles. You can live a rural life here and still get pizza or publix groceries delivered. We are minutes to the 414 and the 429 , minutes to downtown Mt.Dora, Eustis, Tavares. The property is in very good company, most of the homes built around us over the years are in the upper $500k to $1M. So what are you waiting for? We have loved building and living in this house and raising a family and its time to downsize. You can raise your family here or Chill and Grill till your heart is content. Ambulance, fire trucks sirens all the time. However just 2 blocks there is a Park with weekend events, I wouldn’t walk over there,"
