All Utilities included: (Water, sewer, garbage, and electricity) with a high-end kitchen, drawer, storage, Samsung glass refrigerator, stove to share Indoor laundry room, Central heat, Garage space available for storage, nice back yard lawn, robotic vacuum, Maid service.
Shared bathroom (adjacent to room/Shared bathroom w/tub/shower) with one tenant.
Lease will be for 12 months with an option to renew, (month-to-month Option/terms).
Room fully furnished if need be or Unfurnished. We prefer no couples.
Nice neighborhood and quiet area.
Fully employed outside the home.
Plenty of free street parking.
Overnight guest is fine.
No illegal drugs.
