About this House

Less than 1 minute walk to the association's pool. The walls and ceiling colors are Swiss Coffee, and all doors, closet doors and upstairs hallway cabinets are painted in Navajo White. The full unit was just mostly re-painted in July of 2026 and small touchups on some closet foors and full repainting on 1 bedroom door, 1 closet door and the front door. Both bathroom vanities were also just painted Navajo White and handles added. The bathtub was just reglazed in July 2026. All the hardware at both bathroom sinks and the shower head will also be replaced.

The first floor has LVP flooring installed 6 years ago. Several planks have been replaced just now as well in July 2026. New kitchen and dining room cabinets were installed 6 years ago. A new water heater was installed 4 years ago. The patio, which is where the main entrance to the unit is, has also been repainted in July 2026. New kitchen light and post light at the door this July. Both mirrors and medicine cabinets have been replaced in the last year as well as the vanity lights. Recessed lighting also added in the kitchen several years back.

The unit has been professionally cleaned, and the carpet will be as well.

The Unit is NOT furnished. The furniture shown is for illustration only.

The Washer (new Dec. 2025) and the Dryer are in the attached One-car garage. The patio has a table with an umbrella and 3 chairs. One dedicated spot for parking is also in the parking lot a few steps from the garage.

The Landlord will bill tenant periodically, such as every 2-4 months, for the actual Gas and Electric charges for the unit. The trash and water fees will also be billed at the same time as the Gas and Electric as these are not included in the rent.
