Less than 1 minute walk to the association's pool. New carpet installation in July 2024 for the 3 bedrooms upstairs, and the stairs. The walls and ceiling colors are Swiss Coffee, and all doors, closet doors and upstairs hallway cabinets are painted in Navajo White. The full unit was re-painted in July of 2024, and refreshed in July 2025. Several rooms will be fully repainted as well as both bathroom vanities (navajo white), and the bathtub August 1-4 while other rooms and all doors will be refreshed as needed. All the hardware at both bathroom sinks and the shower will also be replaced.
The first floor has LVP flooring installed 6 years ago. The floor is scheduled to be repaired with a number of LVP planks to be replaced August 1-4. New kitchen and dining room cabinets were installed 6 years ago as well. A new water heater was installed 4 years ago. The patio, which is where the main entrance to the unit is, will be re-painted August 1-4, 2026.
The unit will be professionally cleaned, including the carpet, prior to your move-in.
The Unit is NOT furnished though 2 or 3 dressers, 1-2 bed twin-bed frames, and 1 entertainment stand may be available for use. The furniture shown is for illustration only.
The Washer (new in Nov. 2025) and the Dryer are in the attached One-car garage. The patio has a table with an umbrella and 3 chairs. One dedicated spot for parking is also in the parking lot a few steps from the garage.
Gas, electric, internet, trash and water are NOT included as part of the monthly rent. Landlord will bill tenant periodically such as every 2-4 months for the actual Gas and Electric charges for the unit. The trash and water fees will be billed at the same time as the Gas and Electric. Tenants establish Internet service, and TV satellite or Cable service in their own names which they pay for directly.
