New tenants can use their own furniture or use the owner's furniture. If you use your own furniture, the owner will remove all furniture from the unit and from the garage. The furniture. in the living room pictures taken June 2025, is mostly the current tenants. The large rug is the landlords. The landlord's sofa, loveseat, end tables, coffee table, and entertainment stand will be moved back into the living room if the tenant chooses to use the owner's furniture. The sofa and the loveseat have been wrapped in plastic while in storage. Dressers are provided in all 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have Twin bed frames.
The Washer and Dryer is in the attached One-car garage. Also in the garage is a full-size refrigerator as well as plenty of shelving. The patio has a table with an umbrella and a couple of chairs. 1 dedicated spot for parking is also in the parking lot a few steps from the garage.
Landlord is open to a tiered rent approach starting lower than $4250 and then increasing at months 4, 7, and 10 of a 12 month lease. Inquire if interested in such a lease arrangement.
Gas, electric, internet, trash and water are NOT included as part of the monthly rent. Landlord will bill tenant periodically such as every 2-4 months for the actual Gas and Electric charges for the unit. The trash and water fees will be billed at the same time as the Gas and Electric. Tenants establish Internet service in their own names which they pay for directly.
