This is the largest of the 3 bedrooms in the Manor unit. It has a queen sized bed, electric fireplace, projection Smart TV, large corner desk and a CordaRoy bean bag chair that folds out to a queen size matress for the floor.

The rest of the large house is shared space: upstairs full bathroom, mainfloor kitchen, liviingroom, powder room, and dining room.

There are 2 washers and dryers in the basement. Yours to use for free. These are shared with the other two rental units on the property.

Located 12-15 min by car from the local hospital, shopping disctrict and ferry to Vermont. Approximately 1 hour from Montreal, Lake Placid and Burlington VT.

Free onsite parking

Owner pays: water, heating, electricity, garbage, snow clearance, high speed wifi, Netflix, Disney+,

No smoking in the unit nor on the property.
The hot tub next to the Manor unit is not included in the lease, however, should they be operational the tenant can use it.

Note: Owner's insurance will not cover your belongings in any way.

Monthly cleaning fee of $75 for professional cleaning of the unit.

Parking for your unit is in the main parking area. You are permitted one car. If an additional spot is required please contact the owner to see what is possible.

Tenant is responsible for changing burnt out light bulbs, taking out the trash and recycling to the bins by the road.
