Upstairs has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms including a palatial master bathroom (across hall from bedroom) with double vanity, dual-head shower, jetted tub, and separate toilet room. Walk-in closet outside of master bedroom. The walk-out basement has a large finished area which can be used as a bedroom and another full bathroom. Altogether 3 bd / 3 ba. Ample storage space in unfinished portion of basement as well as a workshop with cabinets and work benches. Great location - walking distance to Chamblee Middle and Chamblee High School, parks, Whole Foods shopping center, restaurants, and only 1 mile from Chamblee Marta station (get to the airport in 45 minutes!). Top-notch quality renovation work done mostly by myself with beautiful materials. Yard maintenance service is included. MINIMUM TWO-YEAR LEASE REQUIRED. Maximum occupancy is three adults or two adults plus two children. Up to two pets allowed with additional non-refundable pet rent of $25/month per pet. NO HOUSING VOUCHERS ACCEPTED.

Minimum two-year lease is required to begin. 1-year renewals are accepted thereafter.

    "Everyone knows each other and strive to keep it safe and comfortable. there are a school as well in the neighborhood and a park for the children's and parents. its a neighborhood of history for most of us. There is a bistro not far just a few blocks is the Marta Brookgaven train Station, many restaurants and hardware stores also as we say right down the street is Lowe's and a new plaza. it's certainly a great community to live in and get acquainted with the neighbors."

    "its very friendly most residents lived here for many years and its a pet friendly neighborhood. There are several parks in the neighborhood very close to many shopping malls as well Walmart, and only about 4 to 5 miles to target very low crime rate i would say 2 to 3%. This community consist of several Police Units including Brookhaven, Chamblee , Dekalb County we respect our community and welcome new comers."

    "So many doggos (including our own)! The overwhelming majority have their dogs leashed. I wish more folks would pick up after their doggos, but overall the area is dog friendly. Not many dog specific parks in Chamblee though (I think the closest is Brookhaven). "

    "We love this area as a family with one dog! There are two dog parks in a one mile radius from us and there are walking trails that our pup can take walks on with us! It is usually pretty shaded so it isn’t too hot in the summer for her paws and she loves getting out and seeing other doggies! "
