Description

This Marine Terrace Beach House is licensed as a VACATION RENTAL and has an incredible location. It sits on four level lots close to two beach accesses, Fiscalini Ranch Trails and Lampton Park. The home is spacious with ocean view windows and an open floor plan. The large yard is a tranquil sanctuary created with areas to gather with friends around a fire pit, another to create, and areas to relax in the sun. The home has three bedrooms, a family room, two bathrooms, ocean view deck and a detached two car garage. A large laundry room also has space for crafts, office or some gym equipment. Remodeled just a few years back, the beachy style of the interior has a comfort that reflects its location near the sea. It is a relaxing and warm space with wood floors, vaulted wood ceilings, glass tile, and many windows taking in an ocean view. Light painted wood, touches of blues and greens, charming light fixtures and vaulted wood ceilings remind you the sea is just around the corner. A coastal inspired white kitchen has glass tiles in a tranquil blue, stainless steel appliances and solid surface countertops. You can easily enjoy the outdoors on the porch which lies directly off the kitchen and dining area , and it also provides stair access to the yard below. Downstairs is a family room and the largest of the bedrooms. It has a private bathroom, a sitting area, and a sliding glass door to the amazing backyard. This is truly a home with a coastal feel near the sea.

"Cambria is great, the school is small, people are friendly. It’s mostly old people around. There’s lots of great restaurants to go to and the beach is amazing."
  • Cheryl B.
"This is a very friendly and safe neighborhood. Living amongst the trees and wildlife next to the ocean is paradise."
  • Debbie T.
"There were a couple of very creepy guys with painted faces cruising the neighborhood in the middle of the day. "
  • Alan
"Affordable California coastal living. Not over crowded or over priced like southern or northern parts of California coast."
  • redlee1944
"Pines by the Sea. No rush, slow living at it's best. You can be very active or just sit and read a book on the boardwalk by the ocean."
  • Jan L. B.
"My parents bought in Cambria in 1977 and I love this neighborhood! You are so close to the ocean, to Cambria's West Village, to Moonstone Beach boardwalk and the Fiscalini Ranch which is a great place to walk, hike or bike! Beautiful ocean and coastal views. Lovely climate!"
  • slo d.
"locals will take your money for rent but will not do business with you unless you are 'local.' before you buy find out how many business have closed in Cambria they call it camalot and "cringe at ANY national publicity" "
  • AmericaStayFree
"We have stayed here, vacationed here, and love it. Maybe couples in the 30's need a bigger night life, but beyond that, it's a beautiful place to live and enjoy life. Get away from it all. The best restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, car shows, wineries, NICE people because they love where they live. Seacllift Estates is a beautiful area in Cambria......open, private, and the ocean right there. Didn't know how to rate traffic above, because there is NO TRAFFIC..... "
  • Linda F.
"the natural beauty in Cambria is truly stunning! it is a very protected environment with regard to it's wilderness, including the oceans and shorelines. it is an incredibly family friendly and community oriented. both east and west villiages, as well as Moonstone beach, are the perfect definition of quaint and lovely. and residents are welcoming to new people who move there, as long as they are conscious to be respectful of both people and the natural environment. it's good for singles who don't want a lot of nightlife and choose a more quiet, artistic, farmer's market, and charming town to call home. we lived there and loved it. we even got married there. i worked in Cambria as the managing innkeeper for a historic bed and breakfast. we are moving back as soon as we can."
