"It is an okay neighborhood not too bad as I thought initially. Lots of empty lots and sometimes I do see homeless people here. Got to lock up doors at night. "

"On the street I reside on East 145th , is terrible . The census is low , so city takes time fixing street . Like plowing, covering the pot holes in the street and putting a new layer on the street. Also the house I reside in has an empty lot next to it , next to it is an abandoned house. Can some come 3344 East145th street.Make some arrangements to better the street & neighborhood."

"Gunshots almost every night , not a place to raise a family. Do yourself a favor and don't move in this area. Some houses are nice but it's just not safe "

"It’s safe in the day time but really not safe on a hot night after 11pm... random shots can be heard almost every night. People have untrained dangerous dogs that they let free to attack other neighbors. But not on purpose of course. However there are hardly any trained dogs around here. So when walking take caution. The bus stop is close . "
