This is a Retro-style, cozy, single-story brick house fully furnished and move-in ready with two bedrooms, one bathroom with lots of yard space. One bedroom features a full bed, and the other has 2 twin beds. Whether you work long 12 hour shifts day or night, you can rest quietly; away from busy hotel or apartment noise. Full or queen size bed if requested.

Living room, eating area, and kitchen merges together. Living room includes: large screen TV, Sofa, recliner. Eating area: 4 chairs with low bar-style table. Kitchen: full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and flatware essentials.

Hardwood flooring, Wifi, washer and dryer included, and included utilities already set up. Outside: Privacy fencing on right side and no direct neighbors to the left; just open land. Heating and air electric mini split ac/heat, ceiling fans each bedroom.
Starter household items will be supplied on move-in day; tenant responsible for the remainder of stay to keep replenished.
