Desert Landscaping on the front and Grass on the back yard. It has "5 bedrooms" and "3 full bathrooms"; One bedroom and one bathroom on the downstairs. Separate Living and Family rooms; Very spacious kitchen area; Refrigerator, washer, and dryer are included.

A large and spacious upstairs master bedroom and bathroom; Three separate upstairs hall bedrooms are great for the family; another full bathroom on upstairs;

ONLY serious and qualified tenant AND has all the move-in cost, please text only

Zillow rental application will be used as "pre screening". We still need to verify the rental history and the current income for each adult (18+). We have our own rental application form. Non-Refundable Rental application fee is $ 75/adult; we do comprehensive "credit/background/eviction" check.

F. Credit/Background/eviction check; NO FELONY.
G. ONLY SMALL Dogs (25 lbs. or less) as pet, max of two dogs; Non-Refundable Pet fee is $ 40/dog/month
H. Refundable Security Deposit is "minimum" of 1 months rent
I. Refundable Cleaning deposit: $ 600;
J. Rental Sales tax of 2.3 % and admin fee of 1% will be added to the monthly rent;
K. We do require a Tenancy recommendation from Prior Landlords
L. For security purpose Valid picture ID (Driving License) is needed to schedule an appointment to view the house.
