Amazing location in the Mountainaire community, within a short walking distance of the Mountainaire Country Store and Tavern, and with miles of hiking and biking in the Coconino National Forest nearby. Just a few minute drive to the Flagstaff Airport and all the amenities of downtown Flagstaff. Dog friendly with a fenced back yard and a washer and dryer in unit. Two queen beds and one twin. Minimum rental term is 30 days, maximum is 180 days, with flexibility to prorate to an exact term with anything in between.

This is a no smoking property. No cats please. Dog friendly up to two dogs with additional fees. Water, gas, electricity, and trash utility fees included in base rate. $100 utility fee for internet. Can be negotiated and removed, if not needed / used. 30 day minimum rental period, 180 day maximum. Tenant responsible for repairing any damage caused by pets and a cleaning fee upon move out.

It definitely doesn't feel like your typical mobile home community. It's cheap to live here, but everyone takes pride in their homes. Great place for people with families and for retired people too. The lots are huge and there's tons of trees for privacy. It's right on the side of a mountain, so there's lots of wildlife and hiking trails around the community. "
