We have ceiling fans, two toned fresh paint, oak cabinets, stainless appliances, an eat-in kitchen with a bay window, an extended covered patio overlooking the large grass backyard. Washer, dryer and refrigerator included and a 2 car garage with an electric opener.
Owner would prefer an 18 month lease.
Everyone 18 and older must apply; application fee $60 for first 2 adults. No cats. No puppies, no dog over 30 lbs. SJFowler requires pet to be screened and verified at applicants expense. A Non-refundable pet fee of $250 & pet rent of $25 per month will be charged on an approved animal. No smoking, no cosigners. Refundable deposit and $200 admin fee due at lease signing; 1st month's rent due by commencement of lease. Move-In funds must be certified; Occupancy must occur within 14 days of approval. 1.5% city tax applies to rent and pet rent through December 31, 2024.
