Private locking bedroom in a newer townhouse (built in 2019) with all the modern details. Smart floor plan gives bedrooms more privacy, higher ceilings, open concept Living, Dining, and Kitchen. Dual pane windows, air conditioning, high speed internet.

Full use of Living, Dining, and well equipped Kitchen. Cabinets, fridge, freezer, and pantry are labeled by room for clearly defined personal space. See pics.

The two car garage is shared by the four tenants. Each Tenant has garage parking for 30 days, then street parking for the next 30 days.

You're only responsible for your rent. If your roommate loses their job or moves out, your housing is not at risk.

Month-to-month rental agreement on approved credit. BOTH criminal and credit background checks on all applicants over 18.
Proof of income 3x the rent required, and enough reserves for first and security, more is better.

This property is strictly a NO SMOKING and NO PET PROPERTY. Current tenants rent here because it's a no smoking, no pet property. Out of respect for them I will not make exceptions. The current roommates do not wish to live with an animal.
This is a great situation for those looking for private space within a semi-communal environment.

Below is a sample of the house rules to keep the peace:

1. Head phones are your best friend.
2. No TV in communal areas.
3. No music in communal areas unless mutually agreed upon. 4. Quieter times weekdays10pm-10am. Weekends 11pm-10am.
5. Wash, dry and put away all your dishes within 30 minutes of cooking.
Out of respect for others, all messes made in the course of cooking a meal must be cleaned before you leave the kitchen.
6. Clean up any and all messes you make in the communal areas of the property.
7. Only 2 guests at a time unless OK'd by your roommates in advance.
8. No overnight guests unless OK'd by your roommates in advance.
9. Guests cannot be left alone in the unit without your being present unless approved by your roommates in advance. Exceptions may be approved by Landlord.
10. Out of respect, check in often with your roommates to see if any transgressions have occurred, and how to better coexist.
11. Complaints should first be discussed with the parties directly involved. If no resolution is found, put your request in writing to all parties involved and CC me the manager and owner. If a resolution can still not be found, I will weigh in.

This is a great situation for those seeking a respectful and peaceful home environment.
Strong communication skills and group cooperation are required.
