For the commuter: About a 15-20 minute drive from Ashway Park and Ride, Canyon Park park and ride, and about a 20 minute drive to the new Lynwood light rail station.

For the family: Air-conditioned. Multi-use loft space. Minutes away from the vibrant MillCreek town center, and everything it has to offer. Indian/Thai groceries down the street, lots of restaurants, award wining coffee, several grocery stores, gyms, hot yoga, just about everything you could want. If this matters, about a 5 minute drive to several churches, and to the Bothell Hindu temple.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
