"This area is amazing. Wonderful public school. Ballard is an exceptional school run like a private school because it is it's own district. So safe in all neighborhoods. Recreation includes sports of all kinds, hiking, hunting, fishing, lake activities, outdoor theater, movie theater, casino, spas, modern YMCA, 5 golf courses within 20 minutes, great independent restaurants, and wine tasting excursions."
