Local landlord/owner managed, no outside property managment firm. One year lease, security deposit same as one month's rent + pet deposit ( pets approved case by case with appropriate added pet deposit). Sorry No evictions, No Section 8, will work with credit issues if verified income is at least 4 times the rent. Shorter term leases may be considered at higher rental rates.

"The schools are bad. Only cheep clothing stores left .all we have DDs ,T shirt , Weed shops. The skate board rink bad side of town I would not leave a family member by them self."

"No family parks ,no nice dress shop, Ver load Mexican music not controlled every weekend. My street is always muddy due to water flow from country club At my age not able to clean our gutter"

"Schools , basketball courts my children don’t have to go in the park. We have most of our homeless put in danger. Have time to go sit there and play."

"I’ve been here 34 years and I don’t know our neighbors There’s some kids in the country club area that all they do is irritate to skateboard in front of our cars. The cars are speeding so fast it is even dangerous and sometimes I feel like they’re going to go and hit me as I’m picking up my mail."

"Classic Bakersfield Country Club area, extremely stable, safe, peaceful neighborhood, our family has owned home for 37 years and have quite a few neighbors with similar tenure in the area. Best golf course in Kern County located nearly in the back yard."
