The pool is really nice to have a relaxed evening in the pool on weekends. It was so easy to work with getting leased and renewing it again. "

A big plus! I've only had a minor problem with heat and A. C. that was taken care of quickly. The staff & maintenance has been nice in handling any problems that a person may have. The laundry room is nice. A nice pool is on site too. They're remodeling the decks & I think, patio doors. I recommend Rosewood Village to anyone needing a place to live in this area! "
