$675 rent includes all utilities. Studio with bathroom and kitchen to include refrigerator and stove. Mini split unit and ceiling fan to help with the hot and cold days and nights. Washer and dryer are located in the common area. Entrance to the unit is through the gate by the parking area. Great location with easy access to I-10, Fort Bliss and Downtown, and minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, and parks. Credit report-we work with all credit scores, criminal report, and rental history for all occupants over the age of 18 are required. $50 Non-Refundable application fee for each applicant. Deposit is the same as rent. A 6 month lease is available.

    "Good sidewalks help in dog walking but one drawback is the number of feral cats. They are every where. On occasion there are loose dogs as well which makes for an interesting walk. "
